Suleman described how he climbed the career ladder: "After graduatingÌýI secured a job with Jacobs Engineering in Manchester; I worked on large civil infrastructure projects with the bulk of my time spent onsite at Manchester Airport where I delivered small to medium sized projects and was fortunate enough to learn how an airport operates.

In 2018, I joined National Highways on a £1bn+ Highway Project in the North East Region, dualling single lane sections of a 50 mile road. I was then promoted to project manager amidst the pandemic and was tasked with completing delivery of the £65m Highways scheme."Ìý
